More Than a Mentor gives us a glimpse into a day in the life of a Professional Mentor at Friends of the Children, New York. Friends of the Children provides New York City youth with a salaried, professional mentor, called a Friend, from kindergarten through graduation. Kamal’s photographs were presented alongside photographs made by staff and youth of Friends of the Children.
